What does PetsAreHappy sell?
We sell accessories, toys, treats, care products, and everyday essentials for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, rabbits, and other small companions. We do not sell animals.
How do I know my order was received?
After checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Check spam or promotions folders if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email [email protected] as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, but we will do our best.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or visit our Track Order page and enter the tracking number supplied by the carrier.
Why can items from one order arrive separately?
Some products may ship from different fulfillment locations. When that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and delivery.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Stop using the item and contact support within 7 days. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, label, and packaging.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods appear securely at checkout and may vary by device or location. PetsAreHappy does not store full card details on its own servers.
Are products suitable for every pet?
No product is universal. Check dimensions, materials, age guidance, and safety instructions. Supervise play, replace damaged products, and consult a veterinarian when health or dietary needs are involved.
How do returns and refunds work?
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy pages for conditions and timing.
