We sell pet accessories, toys, treats, and related supplies—not animals. Colors and appearance may vary by screen or manufacturing batch. Measurements and descriptions are provided for convenience. Always select products appropriate for your pet’s species, size, age, health, behavior, and chewing strength. Supervise use, inspect products regularly, and discontinue use if damaged. 4. Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable causes. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount. You authorize our payment provider to charge the displayed total, including applicable shipping and taxes.
